These terms govern use of TheStockley, provided by Praveen (proprietor, TheStockley), 14, 4th Main, 11th Cross Rd, Chikka Madivala, 1st Stage, BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. By using TheStockley you agree to them.

The service

TheStockley provides online software for billing, GST, inventory, accounts, CRM, delivery and marketing. Features may change as the product improves.

Your account

You are responsible for the users you add, for keeping passwords safe, and for what is done under your account. Tell us promptly at praveen.bachu8@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You are responsible for its accuracy, including GST, tax and invoice details you enter or file. Our handling of it is described in the privacy policy.

Connected accounts and messaging

If you connect Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp Business, you must follow Meta's terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Only message people who have agreed to hear from you. Charges Meta makes for WhatsApp conversations are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account.

Acceptable use

Do not use TheStockley for unlawful activity, spam, or to attempt to access other businesses' data.

Liability

TheStockley is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
