Last updated: 16 September 2026

TheStockley ("we", "us") is operated by Praveen (proprietor, TheStockley), 14, 4th Main, 11th Cross Rd, Chikka Madivala, 1st Stage, BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. This policy explains what data TheStockley collects, why, and how you can have it deleted.

Who uses TheStockley

TheStockley is used by businesses ("customers") to run their billing, inventory, accounts and marketing. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business's data.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to provide TheStockley to the business that owns the data: to create and send invoices and documents, keep stock and ledgers, show leads, publish the business's own posts, and send WhatsApp messages the business asks us to send. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run TheStockley: our cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery, the Indian GST/e-way bill system when a business generates an e-way bill, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) for the accounts a business has connected.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by user role, and tokens for connected accounts are never shown in the browser. Data is kept while the business uses TheStockley, and deleted on request as below.

Data deletion

To delete your data, or to disconnect a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account:

  1. In TheStockley, go to Marketing → Accounts and disconnect the account. This deletes its stored access token immediately.
  2. You can also remove TheStockley from Facebook at Settings → Security and login → Business integrations.
  3. To delete all data held for you or your business, email praveen.bachu8@gmail.com from the address on your account. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
